The news broke via a tweet from iconic Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu, to which Swery replied “@famitsu Yes. D4 will be release for PC. #ThanksObama.”
Originally created as a Kinect-focused game, Dark Dreams Don’t Die can also be played wholly with an Xbox One controller, or presumably any gamepad on PC. The three episodes make up the first season of D4, while follows David Young, a private investigator looking into the murder of his wife.
Following the tragic events Young finds himself with time travelling abilities, finding certain objects which both activate the power and allow him to alter the course of history.
