Life is Strange Episode 3 - Chaos Theory is launching next week Square Enix has confirmed. Dontnod’s time-travelling episodic adventure will be arriving on May 19th, which could be a busy day for Tumblr-loving The Witcher 3 fans.
Chaos Theory marks the midway point for Life is Strange, as Max and Chloe continue their investigation into Rachel Amber’s disappearance, this time breaking into Blackwell Academy at night in order to hunt for clues.
The sole image we’ve got our hands on so far indicates Principal Wells’ office could be hiding some dark secrets. Square Enix claim Max will find another use for her time-travelling power during the investigation, which was revealed to have serious limits last time around.
Players of the last episode will no doubt be intrigued how the far-changing choices have impacted things further down the line. Episode 2 certainly contained a few earth-shattering moments that’s for sure, so here’s hoping Dontnod can back this up with some genuine consequences
Mukul Gupta’s loved both episodes so far, writing “This game will not appeal to a massive portion of the gamer population, as it shouldn't have to, but to those who do like it, it's the perfect game.”
