Apple Unveils Flipboard-Like News App to Replace Newsstand



Apple has released some new impressive features for its upcoming  iOS 9 mobile operating system, will be new News interface, the latest and enhanced applications enable users to catch up with latest news and articles. As per Apple this applications will likely be introduced with iOS 9.
It is interesting to notice that the News is quiet similar to almost all successful Flipboard magazine-style news reader app. It reveals news in a visually interesting magazine-like layout, and curates stories over one million topics depending on the interest of the users. The applications is powered by the new Apple News Format and a digital publishing format that enables publishers to make detailed layouts.
“News seamlessly delivers the articles you want to read in a beautiful and uncluttered format, while respecting your privacy, because Apple doesn’t share your personal data,” sated by Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services. “We already have nearly 20 publishers representing more than 50 titles joining us, including Condé Nast, ESPN, The New York Times, Hearst, Time Inc., CNN, and Bloomberg.”

The Apple News app, which switch the old Newsstand app on release, may help publishers to make visuallyinteresting content exclusively for the platform. Content including photographs and galleries, audio, video, maps and rich interactions like parallax and animations, and also publishers are able to use this to offer users to dedicated stories and articles.
Apple has opened the registrations for publishers already, though extra publishing tools will be provided later onthis year, nearer to the release of iOS 9. The new mobile operating system would probably roll out around September 2015, to keep available for iPhone 4S and later on, iPod touch ( 5th Generation ), iPad 2 and later on, and iPad mini and afterwards.
